Your Questions, Answered

  • Start by visiting our “Request an Appointment” page and completing the initial inquiry form. After reviewing your request, you’ll receive a follow-up email with next steps and our full client intake form. Services are confirmed once agreements are completed.

  • To protect scheduling availability and ensure fairness for all clients, we maintain the following cancellation guidelines:

    Daily walks and recurring services:
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee.

    In-home boarding and travel-based services:
A minimum of 48-hour notice is required. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a cancellation fee, as those dates are reserved exclusively for your dog.

Because we intentionally limit the number of clients we accept, late cancellations impact our ability to offer those time slots to others. We appreciate your understanding and respect for reserved care time.
